Prof. Dr. Robert Zeiser, principal investigator of CRC 1160 (B09, B10), has been awarded the Landesforschungspreis Baden-Württemberg für Angewandte Forschung for his pioneering work in cancer medicine. His innovative research on stem cell transplantation and immunotherapy has significantly improved treatment strategies for patients with cancers and strengthened the bridge between basic immunology and clinical application.
