IMPATH offers various gender equality and family friendly measures. According to the demand of the female researchers we established a program covering individual coaching, mentoring, family support, as well as different seminars and courses. In addition, IMPATH appointed a Gender Equality Officer specifically for the CRC. Dr. Marta Rizzi will support the young female scientists with questions concerning funding possibilities and grant applications, and will be assisted by the CRC 1160 office concerning questions around child care and other issues.
